CONTINUOUS CARE EXTENDED WARRANTY
If our maintenance services are contracted within the first year after we install a new floor or other interior finish, you are eligible for our Continuous Care Extended Warranty. This offer covers any installation warranty issue for as long as we are maintaining your facility. For example, if wall base comes loose, a tile slides or seams start to open, the customer has a problem and one that can be hard to fix. With our Continuous Care Extended Warranty, we will perform all of these types of installation warranty repairs at no charge and within days of being contacted. This offer distinguishes our maintenance services and our installation warranty from all other interior service companies.
The manufacturer of your interior product requires a certified installation and maintenance program to validate the product’s warranty. JLG’s installation and maintenance services not only meet this certification but also are recommended by all the product manufacturers. With our installation and maintenance services, we can validate your product’s warranty and therefore ensure your product’s appearance and performance.
The Jack Laurie Group installation warranty is two years, which is TWICE the standard in this industry. Our standard warranty states that any installation failure due to faulty procedures will be fixed at no charge to the customer during the first two years. We want you to call us with any issue because your interior is a reflection on us.
